Our PeopleAdam Rousselle, President and CEOAdam founded Utility Risk Management Corp. (URMC) in 2005 after 15 years of working internationally in the sawmill, logging and related industries. His first business, a Latin American hardwood sawmill company, grew to 850 employees. Adam partnered with NASA and academics to develop remote sensing technologies to identify and inventory timber and forests, resulting in the founding of Falcon Informatics. By the time Adam sold Falcon Informatics in December 2005, the company had analyzed more than 4.5 million acres of forest in North America, South America, Indonesia, Finland and Brazil for clients such as Fort Benning, Boise, UPM Kymmene, the Bureau of Land Management, Forest Capital Partners, Forest Systems and Fort AP Hill. Adam served in the 7th Special Forces Group, which conducted operational counter-intelligence in Latin America. He also served with the 1st Squadron 7th Cavalry in Desert Storm; he was awarded the Bronze Star in 1991.
