URMC's Vegetation Management Platform (VMP) is best defined as a unified Work Order Management Solution (WOMS) that manages and reports on vegetation that has been identified, prioritized, and scheduled for mitigation. The solution is provided through URMC's partnership with AMSI and Powel Inc. Combined with URMC's proprietary, patent-pending software, the solution has the following component parts:

• High resolution imagery and LIDAR of the Right of Way (ROW)
• Files indicating the geo-location of all danger trees and vegetative data
• Access to our staff that will input all such threats into Powel's WOMS, a utility's work order management system, or otherwise assist in scheduling the mitigation of the threats
• Trained and safe field staff to accomplish any administrative task required

 URMC is enabled by its proprietary software technology and a state-of-the-art analytical methodology. This solution assists utility companies to meet new, federally-mandated operational and management requirements for the maintenance of power transmission lines. URMC's approach is based on the collection and analysis of aerial imagery and LIDAR images of an electric utility company's ROW. The result is a platform that creates detailed reports and work management orders of the precise locations of trees, brush and other objects that:

• Represent an imminent danger to transmission lines
• Are known to impair service reliability
• Effect the environment
• Impact the homeowners near the ROW
